But here's where conventional wisdom fails: it treats AI like a magic black box instead of what it actually is—a powerful but limited tool that requires specific conditions to work effectively. Most businesses approach AI adoption backwards, starting with the technology and trying to find problems to solve, rather than starting with real business problems and evaluating whether AI is the right solution.
