Here's exactly how I built an AI-powered chatbot MVP in Bubble that validated our core assumption in under 14 days. This approach has since become my go-to framework for any AI MVP project.
Phase 1: Bubble Setup and Core Structure (Days 1-2)
First, I set up the basic Bubble architecture. Unlike traditional development where you spend days on project setup, Bubble gets you running in minutes. I created a simple single-page app with a chat interface using Bubble's built-in UI elements.

The final phase was about making it feel professional without over-engineering. I added typing indicators (fake ones - just a 2-second delay before showing AI responses), message timestamps, and basic error handling.
Most importantly, I built in analytics from day one. Every interaction was tracked: what questions people asked, how often they used the chatbot, where they dropped off. This data would be crucial for validation.
