  6. Regular audits catch drift: AI implementations evolve rapidly. What was compliant six months ago might not be compliant today as you add features and integrations.

  7. Legal and technical teams must work together: Lawyers who don't understand AI architecture will give impractical advice. Developers who don't understand GDPR will create legal time bombs.
