But most marketers are still stuck in the old playbook. They're spending weeks perfecting audience segments while their creatives sit stale, wondering why their cost per acquisition keeps climbing. They're optimizing for a game that's already over.

When I started managing Facebook Ads for a B2C Shopify store, I fell into exactly this trap. The client was a fashion brand with decent products but mediocre ad performance. The Production System

Here's how we maintained this pace without burning out:

I set up a content batching system where we'd film multiple angles in single sessions. Instead of one perfect creative, we'd capture:

  • 5-6 different problem statements

  • 3-4 solution demonstrations
