"Plan for complex infrastructure." Most technical content focuses on scalability from day one. They discuss load balancing, database optimization, and handling thousands of concurrent users before you even have your first customer.

My perspective on AI development changed during a project with a client who needed to validate an AI-powered customer service tool. They'd already spent three months trying to build it the "right way" with a development team. The result?
