This advice exists because there's massive financial incentive to sell AI solutions. The global AI market is projected to reach $1.8 trillion by 2030, and everyone wants their piece.
But here's where it falls short: AI is still fundamentally a pattern-recognition tool, not true intelligence. It excels at identifying patterns in large datasets, but it can't handle nuanced decision-making, ethical reasoning, or situations requiring genuine creativity and empathy.
The problem isn't that AI doesn't work - it's that it works differently than people expect. When you apply AI to industries that require human judgment, ethical considerations, or life-and-death decisions, you're setting yourself up for failure.
