The client had heard all the usual AI promises. "Once it's set up, it'll just run," they said during our kickoff call. "We want something that doesn't need our team's constant attention." I should have pushed back harder on that expectation.
The initial implementation went smoothly. We built a custom AI workflow that could generate unique, SEO-optimized content for each product across 8 languages.
